It takes about 4 – 6 weeks to make our custom wedding bands. If you are in a rush with your wedding plans or you are shopping them at the last moment, we have wedding bands ready for immediate sale in our e-shop or shops. You can have them engraved later or anytime.
Wedding rings have been used for ages. Ancient Egyptians as well as ancient Romans would wear wedding rings on their left hand ring finger. They believed that the vein called Vena amoris (from Latin, meaning the vein of love) goes from the heart directly to this finger. In Ancient Rome only women were allowed to wear wedding rings. The ring was usually made from iron and it was considered to be a symbol of commitment. It has been used in church wedding ceremonies since the 13th century.
