What if I pick the ring size that does not fit?

Sometimes it is really hard to pick the right jewellery piece (in particular, to find the right ring size), especially when we intend to give jewellery as a gift. For this reason, all jewellery purchased at iZlato.sk can be returned within 14 days, or exchanged for different jewellery within 30 days. The advantage of this policy is that, e.g. if you buy a ring before you leave for a vacation and it does not fit, you can exchange it for a different size or for a different jewellery item after you come back home. Return/Exchange is not possible if you had the jewellery item engraved or if it was custom-made or otherwise modified.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

All you need to do is return a ring in a plastic envelope, commonly sold at the post office. Send the envelope to our address as insured mail.

Important information: do not send the jewellery item using Cash on Delivery service;

 

THE SHIPMENT HAS TO CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING:

• ring in the original packaging
• order form
• original invoice/receipt (in the case of exchange as well as return)
• completed Form for Exchanges

If you are in no rush and can allow yourself some time before buying a ring, request a ring sizer and we will send you a professional ring sizer along with instructions on how to use it. A ring sizer works just like a belt. Simply, pull the strip through the slit in order to form a circle. Wrap it around the finger and pull to a comfortable fit. Then read the number indicated by the arrow.
