Sales Return


If the purchased jewellery has not met your expectations, you can return it within 14 days, the time period established by law. The jewellery should be sent back as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please, contact us by email at [email protected], or by phone +421 2 2101 1011.

Put the jewellery item into a plastic envelope commonly sold at any post office. Send it to our address; we recommend you send it as insured post

Seller is obliged to repay Buyer the full amount received from him/her consistent with the sales contract or related to it including the shipment expenses and postage or other expenses and fees; this has to be done without undue delay within 14 days from the date the notice of sales return is delivered. This does not apply either to additional costs resulting from Buyer’s choosing a shipment method other than the most common and cheapest one, or to additional service stated in the contract and fully provided.

Seller is not obliged to repay Buyer the amount as stated here consistent with sales and sales return conditions earlier than the merchandise is delivered or than Buyer proves that the merchandise has been sent back to Seller; this is not so if Seller suggests that s/he or a person appointed by him/her pick up the merchandise.

Your shipment has to include the following:

  • The jewellery item - in the original packaging, if possible
  • Invoice that functions as Warranty Certificate (original or its photocopy)
  • Order form
  • completed Sales Return Form  

Please, be aware of the consumer rights based on which in distance selling the consumer is not entitled to cancel a contract if the subject matter of the contract is not a prefabricated item, i.e. an item not declared by Seller to be IN STOCK, or an item customized as specified by Buyer or an item made to Buyer’s personal liking. An example of this are resized rings or personalized items (e.g. by engraving). retains the right to decline the request for sales return in the case when the jewellery item shows visible signs of wear, substantial finish damage or other damage.
